The cherry is part of our heritage and is the first stone fruit of the year, of which 29% of French production is in the Provence-Alpes Côte-d’Azur region.

So the cherry blossoms bloom at the end of March. As for the Napoleon cherry, it matures in June. So we’re in the middle of a harvest right now. A good harvest corresponds above all to trees that will be able to bear cherries the following year without being damaged, limiting unnecessary treatments

As soon as the beautiful days arrive, it is harvested.

During this harvest period, we mobilize with growers in the orchards to pick the jewel of Provence.
