We offer a wide range of candied fruits from Provence and shapes to meet the expectations of our customers.  Our head office and our factories are located in Apt, in Provence, near the orchards that’s why we can offer fruit production made in France.

CUTS: whole, 1/2, 1/4, chopped, pâté, debris

DYES: natural, artificial

AMARENA and MARASCHINO CHERRIES

AMARENA CHERRY: tangy black cherry with a note of bitter almond, flavoured, drained or in syrup

MARASCHINO CHERRY: red cherry in syrup, flavoured with bitter almond, with or without stalk (for cocktails)

 CITRUS

Orange, lemon, citron, Corsican clementine Various formats: whole, paste, slices, strips, cubes, ¼ of zest…

CUBES

Citrus zests (orange, lemon, citron) Papaya, watermelon and melon (red, green, yellow) Mix (mix of cubes with or without Bigarreau cherries)
