We have a wide range of fruit hearts: red fruit, citrus fruit but also black fruit, there is something for every taste and every need.
Our fruit hearts are high brix candied fruits (whole or in pieces), dried and coated with dextrose.
A unique process that allows the preservation of a soft texture, flavor and intense color of fruit.
Our fruit hearts are not sticky, so they are easily dosed for all applications: chocolaterie, pâtisserie, snacking, biscuiteries …etc.
These innovative ingredients can also be combined with spices by combining dextrose with cinnamon or cardamom, for example.
